1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using K0RE.AI ("the Service"), operated by K0RE Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

K0RE.AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by K0RE Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it
  • AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K0RE TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination using the tools provided in your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
